I always hate this kind of story since it's so outlandish and ridiculous, but then i remember Junko case and dang the culprits probably already free from prison and life somewhere.
The polices couldn't even catch them back then for Junko case, until they repeated the similar crime.
Just what's wrong with you Japan.
