Thank you for the translation!
Rather than “shallow interpretation” honestly I think Moko had no interpretation. This series is very similar to the vampire sugar loving girl manga, where half vampire half human learns about human experiences. It’s not that they chose to not understand it, it’s that they didn’t have the opportunity to learn before.I thought this is the last chapter, all those GL ending after confession sure did a number on me LOL. I hope the next chapters delve into how inexperienced Moko is and how shallow her interpretation of love, and by extension, romantic relationship is. I'd want to see how Kaede and Moko would navigate the conflict that will arise because of that.
yeah - my read on this story, is a portrayal of different forms of loving a person, and how discrepancies in what Person A might recognize versus what Person B might recognize, can create issues that risk the breaking of a relationship between them--established or hypothetical.Rather than “shallow interpretation” honestly I think Moko had no interpretation. I didn’t understand at first what Kaede was insecure about. Momoko shows her love in actions. But Kaede (and many people) need validation verbally, even if Momoko thinks it should all be so obvious through action, we know from the Shiori story of how sensitive to other people Momoko really is. She had noticed for the past several chapters that Kaede didn’t seem really happy. Kept pushing the thoughts down but she had them. But kept asking for communication and remained open and vulnerable to Kaede, which (thankfully from what she learned) is what kept her attentive to Kaede even after that rejection. I could see myself not wanting to chase after Kaede from the mixed signals. Saying “no that’s not it!” When asked if she fell out of love but also physically rejecting intimacy. She learned after talking with Shiori though that small words have great effects and her chasing after Kaede shows the significance she has.
still being fed to you by your lover, which is the operative point, I think.Hang on... Now, i might not be the smartest crayon in the toolshed, but... If you swap chocolates, then feed each other - wouldn't you just be eating your own chocolate, at the end of the day?
I've been saying this recently, I've gotten so tired of "the chase"Now please don’t just end the series and time skip past the romance, like 99% of all romance manga’s do
