This isn't an issue specific to this manga, but like...why is Kaede so popular?
The premise is that she's popular. They said that from chapter one. But I just don't understand why that is. She doesn't seem to have great social skills or a bubbly personality. She doesn't seem particularly beautiful, either. She doesn't have a highly visible position like student council president or anything.
Literally the only reason she seems to be popular is that we are told she is. It's...really weird. And I've had this issue with the story from the start, but it hasn't mattered in a while.
