I am a twin, but even though I'm horrible at recognising people, I don't do worse with twins. But most of the time you see them together, so noticing the differences is easier.

Although in this case I'd be liable to not even recognise her at all at the arcade, since it's a place I wouldn't expect to see her. But if it's someone I'm interested in, it's a different issue.
