You are glossing over a few details. You aren't entirely wrong that it does happen rather abruptly but her looking at Futa Elf porn didn't come out of no where. It was a medium paced burn but you could see the throughline of her gradually getting interested because of Mara and Tansho's "compromising" situations that Yuri was privvy to and also the dorm mother and her impossible to hide slong.

Slowly but surely she was exposed to the concept so often that she went from desensitized to straight up engaged by it. Then she had the encounter with the Porn Star elf herself which escalated things further to the point that she got curious enough to actually participate and it all just snowballed from there.

So while the pacing isn't the best (I mean the plot very quickly devolved into full blown porn so what can you expect, dude had some catching up to do) there is a clear progression.
