Any idea how old this chapter is? In New Zealand, for the last 25 years or so, expecting your female workers to dress as bunny girls would have guaranteed a rapid appearance for the employer in the Employment Court! I know this is a manga, but it doesn't usually stray too far from reality with regards societal standards (as far as I know. Which isn't far.)
