I expressed sympathy for Ayase in previous chapters, but honestly right now she's kind of annoying. Not saying that her behaviour is surprising, considering she's been pushy, inconsiderate (and honestly crazy) since the start, but there was a chance she could have spinned it in a more likable way (she still can, just talking about what she's like in the present chapters, it's only been 10 so far).
