Exactly, pretty much the same as Minami was for Akari. Shiori is secondary character at best.

I never cares about things like these if story is good, but seriously here the author is making it so obvious with all chemistry being just between Jirou and Akari.
To best honest it's great when nowadays authors force harems (and there are like 2 good ones in the end?) just for harem sake and can't even make any proper development for characters and story, as they just push everything to be open until the very end...

The name of the manga is, "More Than A Married Couple, But Not Lovers." It's literally about Jirou and Akari. And every single volume cover is Akari. Shiori isn't even a remote possibility.
