Well, as they wrote, we have 8 more chapters after this volume. But since the pace of the last translation was leisurely, I don’t think that anything will change much in the pace of the release of chapters if they also translate in their free time from their busy schedule.

As for the chapter, was this a hint of an imminent ending? Or is it nothing more than simply choosing a suitable theme for the ending of a separate volume? At least, I did not expect that Satania's delusions of grandeur have already gone so far that she already considers herself practically on top of the world.
