Aahhh, Norl is so cuuttee!! Kind of surprised she didn't flare up like Estel did when the Asterios hit him. MC really should have known better than to say something that would raise a flag, especially with his back to it. Sure it looks cool to say something with that pose but it's extremely unpractical and dangerous. All that fighting and he hasn't learned that until you've confirmed the monster is dead to assume it might still be alive and keep guard up, especially as the fighting might attract nearby ADDs (additional monsters that were in area who saw/heard fighting or came over for some reason like patrolling and join fight against party.) Saying a flag phrase like that with his back turned obviously means the enemy is going to attack him within next few seconds in a barely wounded or buffed state (berserk, rage, or some ability that raises stats and attack power can either use at will or triggers when HPs reach a certain percentage or less.)
