Unfortunately, that's the formula of most harem manga stories. The authors are far too lazy to (or even sometimes incapable of) actually properly develop the relationships and just move on to the next one.

All the girls get their time to shine here and there. we get mc with the girl chapters. girl with other girls chapters and even all of them together chapters. It can get a little crazy sometimes tho.
