At least the accidental pervert trope got acknowledged as a trope... that's about the only positive thing I can say about the "events" in this chapter. I guess Mie never actually improves, he has a few rare moments where he's serious and not annoying, but he always goes back to his annoyingly nervous default self.

I like the editor, though. She's a fun character.

This is considered sexual harassment. Regardless if the MC and FMC are the same age, they are in a professional relationship. This is too odd with the editor. If this were his mom or the FMC mom, then this would make sense. Especially when they are fucking MINORS
