I really don't get the fact some people would deny eating vegetable in food (which is actually really healthy), apart from having an allergy with said vegetables. Where I live (Vietnam), we got phở and usually go along with chicken or beef and scallion. My cousin hates scallion and orders her phở without scallion. Like if she could wrap her head around the fact that scallion are healthy and just gulp it down along with phở and food so she doesn't feel the scallion too much (like how it's intended), she wouldn't still look like a kid at grade 10. I myself don't like carrot but I still try to gulp it down. I tend to eat stuff I don't like first and save the best for last.
Broccoli taste great, but not in curry.

:notlikethis: they are self aware and aware of eachother and they will fight to the death for otakun. Or otaku will catch a truck to isekai and a bittersweet yuri spinoff will follow

Amane versus ijichi? The more important question is whether broccoli is good or not.

Honestly there are way better tasting vegetables anyway, just substitute with cabbage, lettuce, kai lan or whatever the person prefers eating instead. Scallion, coriander and i imagine celery most people wont eat unless they are in risk of scurvy or something.

The point is to keep up the healthy intake without turning the person off food. If they dont eat vegs at all hopefully they are eating fruits at least, otherwise tie them up and make them eat one of the two.

It is literally one of the kings of the cruciferous vegetables, known to be some of the healthiest and with anti-cancer properties.
it is literally fiber packed with anti-nutrients and low on bioavailability
no nutritional value and arguably unhealthy for human consumption

If broccoli tastes like shit, fire the chef or retrain.

The usual magic sauce is oyster sauce to make it better
Yeah, that may alleviate the problem, but I'd rather just eat some other vegetables if possible.

if you're not trolling please provide some actual source because I can't find anything remotely resembling health advice against taking broccoli anywhere on the Internet.

There are no reliable sources, because it's wrong.

sorry broskys, but I'm not doing your homework for you
go see where exactly all nutrients are located SPOILER: it's inside the fibers (indigestible)

If you’re not trolling you are legitimately dumb and probably should have paid more attention in biology or nutrition class. What a waste of my time

This post of yours word for word reeks like an ignorant antivaxx/flat earther who clearly did not do well in class and chooses to doubt an entire internet’s worth of legitimate health advice. Sorry to break it to you but you don’t know anything ‘special’ nutritionists already know.
