Lots of manga have multiple love rivals that end with the guy choosing one and rejecting the others, just as their are manga where the guy is in a polygamous relationship (or it's open-ended with multiple women still waiting on a response). It's a versatile tag.

I'm raising the rating a bit. Was 6 for a while because i kinda didn't liked at all the forced harem with Fujiwara and the other teacher, but it was a good rom-com most of time, so a 8 seems fine now, especially with a proper ending.

It's good enough for me wanting to get the volumes once it's released in my country.
