Man, I feel bad for Gokijima. He was not innocent, but hardly anyone in this story is, and he did provide a lot of value to Tomu. Tomu would have been absolutely screwed if Gokijima had not come around.
For that matter, I feel bad for Rio too. Unlike the other people who have gambled with Tomu, she was not trying to cheat, hustle, or bully him. She challenged him to a straight up athletic competition and he accepted.
