Pretty sure that 10 times more than 20 million is not 2 billion.
Also the panels with the untranslated kanji on page 13, the first one reads "歯ハ" which is the character for teeth read as "ha" followed by the phonetic character for "ha", so she's laughing by saying "haha" with the character for teeth. Similar story with the other panel where the characters are "苦ク" which is read "kuku" with the character for pain/anguish.

I take back some of the respect I gave Zero and the author a few chapters back, since they've decided that Zero is somehow better and doesn't "force" his wins by "making up" his own rules.
I admit that Junko is probably worse by some degree, though it's certainly not clear to me by how much. Both she and Zero are guilty of being creative, shall we say, with how they present rules and use them to their own advantages.
