I'm glad they give a reason for 'Tame' to be considered weak with the fact you need to defeat the monster to use it. In a society that focuses primarily on only training based off the skills received, the average person is not going to go around beating up monsters on their own because they didn't get the combat buff from their innate skill and likely considered training a dead end. And while a noble family considers it bad, the fact its listed in relationship of domestic animals means it still does have a use. So most people who get the skill probably find work on stables or forms.

Still expect this to be mostly paint by the numbers for everything, but I appreciate when widely thought useless skill is secretly OP at least has something going on with it other than everyone is dumb.

Super boring........ Isn't there an interesting storyline? It always starts with a noble family and gets bullied by his own siblings, then suddenly gets overpowered, saves the noble princess, and bleh bleh bleh

i always wonder how the authors of such stories come up with these ridiculous family situations. He is a mistress son and unwanted. Why would he even be allowed to live in this House if even his father hates him? Makes no sense at all.

Ah yes, it makes total sense. The family has more than a few screws loose; then he has to fight with a wooden sword. It follows the usual "bad family, OP Protag, will hide his strength until he somehow has to show his "godlike strength"... and then comes emotional drama". I can already predict the "IMPOSSIBLE" expressions made alongside terrible future decisions. This, alongside a terrible update schedule, makes this a poor read.
