Shaped charges, usually used as breaching C4 in SWAT raids or more famously, heavy duty missiles such as nukes.

It's the effect that is the basis for the HEAT or shaped charge anti-tank round. It you look at the cones that Leilei sends at the trolls, and look how they're situated on the troll's armor. Once they're in place, she fires the charges and punches holes in the troll's armor and the trolls, just like an anti-tank HEAT round. I am impressed that her study of physics is now advanced enough to understand how to construct and fire the shaped charges properly.
