If you read the light novel, you'll know that first, he's under orders from the JSDF to not do stuff like this (though apparently others have done so) and there was a part where Rory acted a bit too intimate with Itami back in Japan (when he was in quarantine for faking getting infected during some experiment and he ended up jailed for like 2 weeks because Rory "is a kid". 1. Youji in this chapter is beta cuck, I mean come the fuck on, it doesn't even check out: have they been sitting there till morning? Wasn't she on the fucking edge? So one word from him and she patiently waits till morning? That's the most illogical and badly written part of the manga so far, and that's something.
She even threatens him to do it with some random soldiers down the road, and judging by the appearance the authors give her she would do it. But seems like he wouldn't even care, nice character writing there, my dudes, my suspension of disbelieve is stronger than ever!

2. Imagine if males could get turned on by teens acting in a sexual way... Wait, but they can. What kind of SJW fantasy land yo all are living in?
