Wasn't Delilah the one arguing that massacring enemy civilians in war is justified, and something to be proud of?
Though thinking about it, I'm not sure if that was also in the manga or just the novels.
Her actions further down the line are going to be even more fucked up, unless the manga diverges massively from the novel.
And that's in the censored LN. From what I've read, in the WN (which I'm not capable of reading, and hasn't been translated yet), she is even worse.

Think torture of civilians and POWs, murdering allies because they "acted dishonorably" (even if that "dishonorable" action saved the lives of hundreds of people, including herself) and generally acting like a cliched japanese WW2 soldier.
