Meia is the cashier for the PX in Alnus, first shown in the omakes in Chapter 37.5. She was originally one of the combat maids of Itallica and was sent to Alnus in a good faith gesture.

I don't think they ever revealed which JSDF member she has a crush on, but it's definitely none of the main cast in Recon 3. There is a possibility she may also have a thing for Wolf, considering the bath scene they took together.

This arc is the last part of the story, Zorzal's losses are so catastrophic that the Empire basically cannot exist without Japan's support anymore as it's defenseless. Tyuule and Zorzal kill each other, the Warrior Bunnies learn the truth about Tyuule from Furuta and memorialize her, Yangida and Isekai Mirko get married and move back to Earth, and the plan to shut the gate and re-open it after the damage is repaired goes into effect.
