That's because, the manga has been living off Volume 1 since January 2021. Volume 2 came out last November.

This was why chapters only came out once every 3 months because if it were a monthly we would have burned through all the material in no time.

If anything, this is good news in that we can expect more volumes in the future compared to having a drought in content from 2021 until November 2023.
