I don't think it was safe to use the medical industry of Japan for the politics drama to kick the protagonist. It will leave a mark the incompetent who has power hold the lives of the patient in that country.

It's not like that one only happens in Japan. Nepotism is everywhere.

Reality speaking, this is not only in japan and in the medical world. All through the world and in any industry is happing same as this.
