Wonder how much of this is based on the author's own experiences? It's oddly specific at times...
This series has got me thinking, that while the condition the mc has is kind of ludicrous, would augmented reality glasses with an app to give a similar experience be possible? I might even give such an app a spin if it ever became reality...

I'm now wondering how old Juntaro's supposed to be if Net Cafes of that sort existed when he was 16. I was assuming he was in like his forties considering how Mariozan, after a quick check-up, looked to be around that age.
The design is really top tier overall.

A lot of the stuff surrounding the series insists that it's based on Juntarou-sensei's real life experience. And he uploads a lot of his travel pictures onto twitter too, so I see no reason to doubt them on this.
Right, it's not that clear if you're not familiar with ronin's, but he's 19-21 here. The exams he's studying for specifically is for university, and he already failed once. I believe his actual current age is somewhere around early to mid 30's.
