Oh god I hope not. That out of nowhere, half-assed, yuri subplot killed Himari no Miwari for the majority of readers, myself included, and was largely the reason that manga got axed.

Let's just hope that if the yuri fanservice continues, it isn't either too ham-fisted to the point where it distracts from the main story, or is actually developed to go beyond cheap fanservice and the occasional panels of blushing faces. Otherwise the manga might go from "Himari no Miwari" to "Joou-sama no Eshi".

Blocking the view apparently hurts more for the guy than getting socked in the face. I guess his dedication to breasts shouldn't be underestimated if he pushes on in spite of the facial fractures.

@KazumaLee94 Eh, this and that are incomparable to each other. Himari was more character-driven and more serious than this manga, which is more gag than romcom. If there even is a yuri subplot, it literally won't bog down the plot because there really isn't any. It'd just be another gag for the characters to act out.

I also reckon that the yuri stuff in Himari was only bad because Kei wasn't a very likable character. And I don't know if this was even really what killed the series.

I still think people who are salty because of how "Himari no Miwari" turned out, where initially baited thinking it will be a brother sister romance story and instead got exactly what the title suggests a story about Himari how she adjusts to having a new older brother and gets to make new friends after she transferred. As @Tersione says the supposed yuri in the manga is obnoxious mostly because of how Himari's love interest treats her brother as her rival all the time, even though everything is in her head and how after learning about it she suddenly doesn't have problems with the guy, even though she was an asshole to him even before Himari came.
