thank you for the chapter, I think its because Momose has spent her life trying to groom herself to make the most out of herself and become what everyone would view as the superb ideal girl that no one would have any issues with or would see any flaws. So now that she's encountered someone who isn't as gifted in all aspects naturally like she is but is still trying to follow her own dream, work for it regardless how long it takes, and isn't doing this for anyone's acknowledgement but her own and still manages to be happy regardless of the results I think Momose is having difficulty processing how that is possible and someone can be like that and still have others like them more then her the ideal jk that meets everyone's expectations. She has is all the looks, naturally talented without much effort put in to hone them, in the school's dance club, is popular, and has the "cool & trendy" childhood friend of the opposite sex so she doesn't get why anyone would like the plain, earnest girl, with the positive personality who admires the very floor she walks on. I bet there will some backstory at some point regarding how something with her mom convinced that the only way she could be worthy of or worth people's time and attention is if she got on some pedestal and stayed there. I think that part what goes on in this series will be Momose learning from her rival and viewing her as a "girlcrush" because the other could teach her how to be happy with herself and to pursue her dreams and sense of self. Though I think part of it will likely start with Momose trying to copy the other girl's goal to become an idol in order to show her up with her natural "skill set" and "punish" her because she made Momose doubt herself and her way of life by unintentionally exposing some "flaw" of Momose's. Thank you for the chapter this is a fun series.
