I love yuri as much as everyone else, but Momo is aromantic. We know that when her friends get involved in romantic relationships she starts feeling left behind because she can't understand them. At the end she's feeling guilty about being relieved that Hatono isn't romantically interested in Mizuo because she knows she's unfairly projecting her feelings onto her friends.

Ayame being a tsundere with her comments... How cute!

Interesting choice to make Momo jealous of Mizuo. I didn't get that vibe from her with Hatono before. Hatono's getting a lot more attention than she ever thought she'd have! But since she's sick, will she even be able to see her friends?

And why does Rin want Hatono in the after party?

Momo don't understand and never experienced love (or romantic attraction); that's the same premise as Bloom Into You and Whisper Me a Love Song.
She probably just didn't realize (or never considered) she's gay.

Not that she’s jealous of Mizuo, per se. Momo has been established as aromantic, and she’s felt left behind whenever her friends found a love interest. Hatono is now one of her closest friends, and she’s afraid that they’ll grow distant like she has with Maika, because she “doesn’t understand love”.
