This is fair. If she can’t accept the condition that he have to date other girls at the same time (and all of them consent to do so), then no matter what he have to turn her down. However, I have a little hope that she will come to accept it somehow and willing to be in the relationship with other girls as well.

I love how Naoya accepted his degeneracy, but limited himself to three, like it makes a freaking difference, there is definitely already not enough hours in a day.
They talk about jobs, societal acceptance, support and all that basic stuff - but literally never mention that they simply won't have enough time to spend together. Though, this degree of how unrealistic it is, if we ignore the fact that 4 girls falling for one guy that much is impossible - makes it a fun-disconnected-from-reality read.
That's literally why the whole polyamorous thing revolves around primaries, secondaries and others.
They talk about jobs, societal acceptance, support and all that basic stuff - but literally never mention that they simply won't have enough time to spend together. If that’s all it is I’m gonna write the series off as “another attempt” at a poly story in manga. One of the best in that regard, but if the joke about that so hard with no follow up, pbbbbbbbth.
Best one I have read is an arc in some yuri-ass yuri I don’t remember the title of. One with no men, everyone is gay, no issue with gayness as a concern.
It’s been pretty clear Saki is bi the whole time, so YET ANOTHER one off joke would be whatever, but not a fucking COMING OUT JOKE….

There are many happy poly relationships out there.
I tooootally get the time issue, though. I don’t think I could fit dating into my life even if my wife was cool with it, for various reasons.
Some people can, though. Sweet for them.

What a Champ. See? Just because you're in love with someone outside of your Polyamorous relationship doesn't mean you can just date that somebody, especially if that somebody is after breaking apart your relationship. It's not just an issue of "what's one more?" It's an issue of mental and emotional compatibility of everyone involved. And Like it or not, as she is now, Rika isn't emotionally or mentally compatible with the Foursome. Since she's still thinking of it as a "One on One thing"
