After reading it, I still feel that this series does a good job of ending the harem. It's a good read, but the mc is a bit stupid. And it pisses directly on harem series that end 1vs1 and i like it . If you tagged harem it, please show the true quality of the story, otherwise it's trash. A lot of idiots just act like they like 1 vs 1 in a harem tag and then go around saying this and that. You guys are just readers, you better keep your mouth shut because we can't do anything

This was not a bad ending per se, but certainly a rushed one. As the proofreader mentioned on the credits page, so much potential for crazy, hilarious situations was left on the table, and the manga certainly wasn't allowed to "breathe" by the end. It feels a bit like what happened to Quintessential Quintuplets: for whatever reason, the author simply decided to end it at the height of its popularity, and this rush to the ending did not do the series any favors. A shame - but like QQ, KmK remains among the top harems in my book, if for very different reasons.

I think if the Mirika deadline and Saki ultumatum occurred at the same time and was given an extra volume to simmer, the ending could have been far more impactful.

It would be nice to see the main girl get a boyfriend and then see how the MC feels about someone two-timing him. Felt bad for her, she was gaslit into thinking this was a good thing and ended up going along with it just not to lose the MC. Should have had the other parents reactions slap some sense into her or the MC. Would have a been a great ending with the MC having to chose either the harem or her because he really had no repercussions to his actions. Everything just worked out for him as Saki was always understanding of his BS. Would like to see a series where the gf leaves the bf's harem and finds someone else.
