Give group pages a tab for public lists

Let groups have a tab for lists so we can display what we scan/show what we need staff for.

Sounds interesting, like a custom list to show eg current project instead of "titles" just showing everything a group has worked on?

they dont have to only link lists about themselves, but thats my main usecase idea. Sorting a groups' uploads by title might show stuff they helped another group on for a chapter or two or simmilar. i know i'd certainly like the ability to list series i'd like to work on in a better way than as a bunch of links someplace, for example
