And knowing how those kaiju seems to be able to sense each other’s presence from vast distance (like Godzilla took his prep time to shoot down an incoming meteorite), I wonder if Miyu had ever expected Goji would start to get restless when they get “close enough” to place with space kaiju during their journey.

Agreed. Also hoping that in case of Space Kaiju, we get the return of Space Godzilla. Or even better, that TOHO actually gave the green light for Bagan. They finally started to give him some much needed attention.
