I get putting up split chapters to get things up quicker if they're published that way, but this series publishes full chapters and the raws are up at 56. Why create a split chapter?

Personally i am really against split chapters as it really messes up the tempo and reading experience of a chapter. A chapter is a framing tool by the artist to structure the story and except the rare cases where the artist themself does it, cutting up a chapter destroys the reading flow kinda like a five second add destroys the flow of a movie.

It wouldnt really irk me that much if cut chapters where merged at a later time, but that is not something i think people actually do here on mangadex.

If I'm remembering correctly: MD allows uploading split chapters only if they were split originally.

I'm guessing that's why they added the magic power consumption thingy; it'll explain why he's not suddenly "One Punch Stab Man" : he needs to try hard to get the timing right to switch his vorpal dagger on and off.

So just finished binge reading the series, and while I get that the guilds and towns really don't have a way of sharing info easily; I find it a bit odd that MC is considered bottom F rank when his guild card from the dungeon town would show he was promoted to D. That card wasnt taken away or anything, and to farm the dungeon to get rank ups; would be a proof of skill.

That guild is hunting him. i would hide the fact that i was a member of previous guild to hide the track If i were him. Better safe than sorry
