A lot of the hype for the anime died cuz in the first episode a bear appears with cgi from a ps1 cut scene and people love to over react, i know some people that dropped it cuz of that, along with the start of the series being kinda weird and gory and shows with the historical tag getting overlooked a lot of the time.

Hardly smut at all, like one or two very brief sex panels. Writing Is great with characters that are actual people. Balances out two sides of the story very well. Nodas kinda crazy but I love him, banya!

If anyone is scared of the smut tag don't be. There's nudity(with censorship) and the sexual stuff is pretty comedic.
Some of the characters are complete degenerates but the author tries to keep it fun and fairly light. Someone said it has sexual violence but that's not really true. I think the smut tags just there because you probably shouldn't read this at work.
