She accepts because she’s incredibly dumb, contracts an STD, and can no longer work in AV. Then she finds out Shinobu never cheated on her and deeply regrets everything, while Shinobu is now extremely successful. That’s never going to happen.

Exactly. Honestly, this plot was so unrealistic its fucking ridiculous. Sakura didn't even try to reach out Shinobu about that kiss even after clearing her mind and even after that all night sex with that guy. Literally did not give MC ZERO CHANCE to explain himself. She's a fucking hypocrite for having attitude like this while being a fucking slut letting other guys touch her body without any resistance and now even having sex with another guy doing all of this behind Shinobu's back. I know its Katsura Airi's way to make us hate Sakura even more by making her straight up dumb af, but still this plot is so fucking unrealistic af.
