Let's not forget he still thinks he slept with Fumi (if it wasn't resolved and i forgot about it lol). Once that gets resolved, his resentment might grow even more, and he forgets her completely until they meet up by accident.

Problem is that Shinobu when it concerns Sakura is too self less in his decision making and so after fuckboi dropped that last bomb on him, while I was hoping he would challenge, Shinobu decided to accept to not make thing complicated for Sakura as she transitions to her new work, agency, and new boyfriend. He set is own personal feeling aside and there are no signs of him hating Sakura, because post time skip while he's hanging out with Fumi you can seem him pretty casually just bring up Sakura here and there.

It has to be or it would mean that Fumi was also helping fuckboi manipulate Sakura into the misunderstanding, but that don't track because half of the incidents were a result of poor timing from Sakura.

Honestly, regret or not, I just want to see post time skip Sakura and hope fuckboi actually had a million other side chicks on a rotation.
