I mean if we have that conversation probably she is going to ask how their relantionship is doing and Sakura reveal that they broke up.I think is possible that she will talk to her about her experience with Shinobu and say he rejected her and say she notices that he really loved Sakura(i don't think she'll chase Shinobu) and probable that can make Sakura start to question herself if he really cheated and after discovering the truth she'll realize that she mess up everything.
Nagi seems to be in a much better position right now than Sakura is so we'll see. The proof that Sakura has is nothing compared to how Nagi tried to seduce Shinobu. I'd like to think that she's matured to a point now after everything she's been through that she'd be more supportive of Shikura rather than breaking them further apart if she suspects a misunderstanding herself.
