I don't think that will happen, next chapter is going to be about Shinobu and Fumi.It would not make sense to make a sudden shift in a crucial moment(i don't think the author is that dumb to do this mistake),in the next chapters i can see Sakura and Fuckboi doing sex but now is about Shinobu and Fumi.

I think if she does something like this she will receive a big amount of hate for making that

I think after we see the 4 of them having sex,i think the drama will start and we will see more of Shinobu and Sakura's POV and obvious they will meet somehow to start the big drama about everything.

i can see the trying author to do something to make us think they'll be back together or properly make them back together for real.I think is possible that the author sacrifise Fumi and Fuckboi for the sake of the main couple being together(plot armor power)

I saw many jp fans suggesting that the author will "tie" the 2 of them because they made sex with other person to make possible both of them getting back together(with THIS AUTHOR is possible to happen tbh).

For me we will see some sex moments for now but after that we will see some big drama to happen for Sakura,Shinobu,Fumi and Fuckboi.A bold prediction is that we will see fuckboi trying to do something to try to destroy Shinobu's carrer.

The only thing i can see the author doing different is show less than 5 panels of them having sex and the rest is about Sakura POV(Parallel with the 128 to 131).

Well it really isn't uncommon for a manga to end with the two main love interests parting ways and it would seem to me that that is what will happen.

I think we will see fuckboi doing something really bad in the next chapters.For me this guy is what we call in my country "is not a flower to smell ",that means a person that we can't trust too much.He done some weird things and made weird faces in the period of 128 to 131,in his introduction was not the most friendly one.

For me the author can do a parallel beetwen the two secondary love interest and compare the way they love both of mcs.Showing Fumi being a girl that purely loves Shinobu and Fuckboi being guy that is only lustful towards her(i would not be suprised).

For me is pretty rare nowdays,in every 10 romcoms mangas,9 is they making the main couple ending up together and 1 is making they going other paths or ending up with a second love interests(I can see both ways happen there because of this author).
