At this point it seems unlikely that 129 would be retconned. Even if it was, the whole dramatic tension is gone anyway. Had 129 not happen and 128 was left open ended, it could have added drama and suspense on if Sakura actually went all the way or not.

These after chapters would have been better. Why did Sakura leave? Did she actually? "Sakura and I had sex" is fuckboi telling the truth or lying to divide the two further?

It would have been amazing like that. But sadly KA said herself she didn't plan to do any revisions or anything.

To the guy who put out a 14 point essay on why Sakura can't just come back that was great and hit the nail on the head as to why you ethire hate seeing her or hope she is just hiding her regrets. She just dropped shinobu completely for a different man and breaking up via text even if that text meant she was ashamed of sleeping with someone else was just messed I can't see how she stays relevant to the story let alone shinobu.

Sakura is still FMC, and and swap with Fumi will not work as well atp. It's not so much about stakes anymore but just consequences, whether MC's still have any lingering feelings between on another, and where the story goes from here with it. Also welcome back.

Sakura is still FMC, and and swap with Fumi will not work as well atp. It's not so much about stakes anymore but just consequences, whether MC's still have any lingering feelings between on another, and where the story goes from here with it. Also welcome back.

I think Fumi would work because the author build her fellings and Shinobu's atracction really good.

But like i said,i don't eliminate Sakura from being endgame because the author can make a big plot armor to make them being back together.

Funny thing is, Japanese have a bunch of good NTR stories but all of then are novels that still didn't get their manga versions. I read some of them in the last few years and some are really good, like Jinsei Gyakuten mentioned above (tho that one got a manga now).

I still remember a good but short one, it was from the FMCs perspective the whole time. She was a flashy popular girl, and the MC was a gloomy otaku kind of guy who was into guitars. He promises her he will become successful for her, but she didn't believe him.
Then she got together with a nasty group on a concert and a playboy got her. She ended up pregnant, and got an STD during that time... I think she even left school.
We get a time skip, she lives a lonely life in a rundown apartment (we also find out she aborted the baby and cured the STD). Her only comfort is listening to the music of her favorite artist, and guess who it is? The MC! During the time skip he became one of the hottest most popular singers in Japan!
She watches his latest interview and we are told that he never dated anyone since he loves only one girl and everyone of his songs is about her. Someone then knocks on her door... and it's him.
He finally found her and tells her he still loves her and as promised he became successful for her. She rejects him telling him she is too dirty for him, that she doesn't deserve to be by his side now, it would damage his reputation. He doesn't care, he will throw it all away if she won't be with him, because he only did this for her. She deeply regrets what she did and doesn't want him to stop his music, so she gives up and takes his hand... The end.

Not the best one, but the author did a good job describing her sad and regretful life, so i kinda wanted to share it. Don't ask about the name, i can't remember it to save my life

But the problem with Sakura is she is written to be inscrutable on purpose plus you guys are forgetting that this is a netorare we could have nagi speak with Sakura her call shinobu shinobu at some point breakup with fumi only for the next panel to show sakura and fuckboi having sex. We haven't seen him doesn't mean we will not at some point and no way did he just leave Sakura alone after going through all that trouble to get her.

I have a really hard time seeing Sakura and shinobu getting back together romantically in anyway in the this story at this point trust is gone she betrayed him in the worst way one could fumi is genuine with him and has waited for him can't see Arir putting them back together no wanting to.

Even if I would like that. Ya I'm a hopeless romantic so no you are not the only one left in the thread who wants Sakura and shinobu to somehow work out.

Shinobu I get because bro is in depresso mode, but Fumi was just doing her own thing until they reunited for the movie and suddenly it goes from 0-100 makes it a bit weird for me.

It's rough out there for open and closet Shikuras'. If fucboi has a shred of decency he might've respected Sakura's wish if she wanted more time before answering his confession maybe, since hooking up right after dropping Shinobu also feels a bit quick even for Sakura and the time skip doesn't seem to be a massive one (months not years) so there's a chance.

You can say that the timeskip development felt rushed but their fellings are build since 30+ chapters so is not suprising or strange.

I don't eliminate that Shinobu and Sakura ending but for me it has a lower probabilty to them him ending up with Fumi and i think don't the author is dumb enough to make the same mistake again(i guess).

I think the author will do something to try to reedem Sakura and make her ask for Shinobu's forgiviness(they are the mcs so is almost guarantee that they will meet again).

I think the author is going to start doing damage control after the big hate she received in the last chapters.
