It's obvious she thrives on hatred; otherwise, she wouldn't write the things we've read. But, deceiving yourself into thinking the characters are having a good time in their fictional world? I doubt it. Sakura is already showing signs that something's wrong and is trying to ignore it by moving forward as Nagi suggested, but that "I'll think about it" shows that without Shinobu, she doesn't have the support she used to have.

Not really. That panel showed the girl looking curiously at sakura. The words exchanged are usually just supportive by nature, but women tend to do that and still contain their doubts. Think about it, Why would they brag about liking him right in front of her after she revealed he was a cheater? Nobody would admit to that if they truly believed the dude was trash.

Some girls would admit to liking someone they think is trash as a coping mechanism. Kind of a "can't believe we all fell in love with this scumbag, let's all shit on him together so we all feel better about ourselves" thing in a support group. Unless Nagisa is shown to actually question Sakura's side of things in a later chapter, I think we can assume she just outright fell for the misinfo. Hopefully she does try to contact Shinobu to ask about the truth, but right now she appears to be shitting on him so she can feel better about the past rejection.
