Oh that. Honestly if you ask me it was just Airi's attempt at forming a love triangle. It didn't go as well as it did in the triangle set up of Shinobu with Sakura and Fumi.

Sakura is usually a reserved girl but she has acted in defense of some before. So it made no sense why Sakura didn't deny Yuma's confession or why she didn't speak up when they were talking smack about her boyfriend.

And with the whole devlopment the last 2 chapter shes done it she got his attention. The only odd thing in the whole progress right now is when shes in love with him why didnt she visit him once in this month period of time? Looks like(again) bad writing.

That's hard to say. Mainly because the time skip threw us off. Why she didn't check on him is beyond me. Or maybe messages were enough and Shinobu would decline?

It's left blank sadly. Like how we didn't see Sakura in the aftermath of her having sex with Fuckboi

Man, that damn first confession really pisses me off. I could understand her not saying anything if the fuckboy just confessed to her and that was it, but that scumbag told her to break up with Shinobu, Sakura's behavior makes no sense to me

The repercussion of that made many big anime pages criticize and many people that didn't know started to hate that too.

Maybe no one will agree with me, and I understand that, but I think it would be a mistake to just erase him from the story like that. After all, he’s one of the most important characters in the manga, and to just take him out like that, I don’t know, it just seems like poor writing to me

Before chapter 132, the last time we saw Nagi was in the chapter 40! Before chapter 133, the last time we saw Mio (many appearances) was in chapter 67.

So, it's possible for the fucboy to disappear around 60-90 chapters. He's not such an important character compare to Mio or Nagi (especially Mio). LOL

His only duty is to separate Shinobu and Sakura. And he's done it. IMHO, it's normal we'd not see him again. LOL

Moreover, Japanese readers hate him along with Sakura. Can say they extremely hate him from chapter 129 and 130.

Not just anger but many said disgusting.

So, I don't think the author and the publisher would antagonize their readers by bringing back a character whose role has already ended to be seen. Why would they do that?

Like I said, there was one comment in a panel, I forget which chapter where it says something about a "love triangle" blooming.

But what Yuma did pales in comparison to what Shinobu has done. The love triangle with Shinobu, Sakura and Fumi was far more effective.

When it comes to feats, if she wanted to make a more effective love triangle for Sakura. Put her in more baits only this time Shinobu isn't around. Have Yuma save her instead. Have it to where Sakura and Shinobu both pursuing their goals makes it hard to communicate and so Sakura feels more lonely.

There's so many ways this could have been done but it wasn't possible within like.. 20 chapters. Shinobu worked his ass off for Sakura in 100 chapters. Yuma barely tried and managed to bag her in 1/5th of that lol

Yeah its true the majority is happy about the things happen right now(i mean also like only 2 people are happy about the stupid mid ass "ntr") except with slutkura still wanna see her in guilt. Bringing nagi and mio into this just to let slutkura go full slut route is crazy work atp.

My only issue with him disappearing is the mystery of his relationship to Sakura in the current day. Bro confessed twice and they slept together and after a time skip he just goes poof? Even blonde atp has more panel time than fucboi lol. I know mystery solves itself if he continue to be absent but for some people they would like that more direct answer to it.

Sadly he was written out to be a Gary Sue type and so he auto wins. I will shed no tears if he continues to be absent from the manga, and if he does make an appearance, I really hope the author begins to deconstruct his character.

erm... i think he was malicious alright. nobody with an ounce of decency would simply dunk on a woman that is clearly going through something. I mean, a decent guy who supposedly is in love wouldn't do that. he just acted like he wanted to conquer her.

This is my take on Sakura :

To minimize her guilt, she convinces herself that her actions were justified. Her internal logic becomes: "I didn't do a bad thing, I just reacted to what he did first."

She then deliberately avoids contacting him to resolve the misunderstanding. Subconsciously, she does not want to find out he was innocent. Discovering the truth would shatter her justification, forcing her to confront the fact that she cheated without any excuse.

By telling others that he cheated, she externalizes the blame. This public narrative reinforces her internal delusion, helping her protect her self-image as the victim rather than the wrongdoer.
