In the final page, it looks like Shinobu is standing outside the company building. It seems he's going up to meet the producer and talk to him again. There's a chance he will promise to write a script that doesn't rely on sex scenes to attract viewers; using sex scenes as clickbait isn't what he wants.

IMHO, Grapara was cancelled not because of chapter 129 but rather chapter 129 turned out that way because the series had already been cancelled before. Maybe since chapter 127.

Timelines (assumption) of Airi Katsura (sensei) vs Kodansha :

-> Grapara was slated for ending in Volume 14 (around chapter 137)
-> To spite this decision, AK rushed the plot, having Sakura raped (or you want to call forced sex) and immediately switch boyfriends and agencies in chapter 129 and 130 to wrap things up by Volume 14.
-> She then paired Shinobu with Fumi and featured explicit love scenes in chapters 132–134 (her plan) to compensate the expected backlash from chapters 129 and 130.
-> However, the intense negative response impacted pre-orders for Volume 13 prompting Kodansha to intervene.
-> Kodansha offered a chance to redeem the series and postponed the cancellation.
-> AK then inserted Nagi into the chapter 132 though it upset readers who felt the love scenes were being interrupted.

The decision to part ways had been made before chapter 129 was released. So, there was no longer any need to protect her image given that they would not be working together anymore.

However, After the end of Grapara, what we know is that Airi Katsura (sensei) has been blacklisted by the rom-com readers already. Her reputation in the mainstream manga industry is ruined, leaving her only adult/underground work to do. So sad but she destroyed herself. I hope her family member will take her to see a doctor as she might be suffering from a mental health issue.

I think for me a good ending now is just Sakura learning the truth still, I won't comment anymore on which ships will happen. One final thing I'd like to see is Sakura transferring to Mio's agency because it seems even if she doesn't get back together with Shinobu she'll be much happier working with Mio's agency than continuing at her current one which insists on maintaining her innocent non-gravure image which Sakura still thinks very fondly of and is something fucboi is denying.

I think a realistic satisfying end would be this her moving on while Shin and Fumi continue as a couple with a epilogue with Shin getting dressed up for his wedding with us not seeing who the wife is, but this shit jumped the shark so I can totally see Shin and Sakura getting back together for the ending because editorial is rushing whatever this arc was supposed to be

No one knows where the ending is headed. Both ShiFumi and fucboiXSakura are drifting a bit, Fumi and Sakura have resolved the accept their roles. Fucboi might dump Sakura if he finds out she takes the role offered. Just make the reunion happen already in the next chapter since we're going to be waiting 2 weeks anyway.
