To be fair, this story is TAME compared to some messed up anime out there. Doing this will be nothing! Does anyone know if the volumes have actual uncensored stuff? Like do we even see gentalia aside from breasts?

If not this can easily be done. Just look at Slave Harem in the Labyrinth of another world and Redo of healer.

This story can be adapted easily.

I mean in an investor type of way, animators can work their magic, but a money man wont give them monies to adapt a titanic. Remember this story was panned by the romcom AND ntr fans.

Grapara was falsely promoted (yes, I can say this now) as a roncom with NTR as bait. Who's gonna be interested anyway?

Maybe the classic pannel of them meeting in the last pages of the final chapter and open ending.

What if.. timeskip, Shinobu is a decently successful director. Fumi does a mix of gravure and acting, Sakura shifts completely to acting, Shinobu and Sakura reunite, Shinobu walks past her and kisses Yuma in the back, the camera cuts, we see them all hanging out as friends, as this was all just the movie.. GraPara..

Katsura Airi has only written NTR manga.
So the ROM Com stuff was probably bait or as I suspect went to hell the moment they told her that they cancelled her manga and thus any chance of doing the actual premise of it. The last 5 chapters have been KA lashing out.

She wrote a echii romance but is was like 12 or 13 years ago.The only good work from her.

Don't apply logic to this. Logic was gone ever since we got Sakura's betrayal. Hell, I'd say it was never present in this series.

Forced to crack apart ShiFumi a bit harder than the last chapter, it could still recover, but I don't know if that's the author's intention atp because the majority of Shinobu's thoughts this chapter are on Sakura I think.

Yea I know Redo of Healer was loved by a lot of women. We all have a rape fantasy, heard it all before. But even I still have standards, and no I do NOT have a rape fantasy. Women can be as perverted as men. Just look at the popular books we ladies read (I don't read those).

But it was an anime, not a hentai even though it can be considered as one since it's on sites like Hanime and all. I still think a GraPara! anime would be interesting to see.

But this is valid! Unless some changes are made. I believe there's been some anime that are better than manga because of a change in studio direction no? I can't recall any names. But it could also be with the writer and artist giving input to change some things up. For better or worse is yet to be seen...

At the very least I can see the arcs being done in episode format funnily enough.

Well, but I think his thoughts about Sakura were meant to try to make Fumi shine, which didn't help at all because Fumi practically ignored what Shinobu did to try to make her shine.

GraPara as an anime should stay clear from the NTR elements of the original, because NTR as a whole is not the most appealing to a pretty significant majority of western and eastern audiences.

But seeing some of the comments on reddit asking for more NTR makes me think that no matter what shit this leads to.. it will always have some sort of audience. And that's why this story has gone to such shit in the first place. Engagement bait or not, GraPara got more popular than ever with the introduction of complete NTR, and that's really unfortunate because this could happen to a lot more of these "on the border" type works.

Grapara's logic is flawed—because she saw him with the pen Sakura gave him, and since she's jealous, Fumi decides to get naked in the scene with the other actor. Is the only way Airi can think of to solve this problem to have her characters get naked?

Parts of it were, but then Ryusei's comment on how him and Sakura were a "great team" leads to him bringing out the damning pen so it was a bit mixed let's say which might lead to something next chapter.

The conversation did help in nothing.The only effect that conversation had is people mad with both characters.And it does not have any development for fuckboi.

I shall re-read it in closer detail when TL is up but I agree with you, I'm just worried because blonde's words could be the most random trigger for some bs development with fucboi. I don't think the manga should end with fucboiXSakura if ShiFumi falls apart here because then vol 14 sales are going to be feeling real awkward imo.
