Could be would fucking suck if that happens and confirm my belief that Arir wants to move on from grapara. But depending on how this ends we could see a season 2.

Surely there's not story for an S2, even if they try to re-center it around Fumi the story doesn't work because Fumi isn't even an actress apparently, and doesn't do gravure. I suppose they could make it so that Fumi want to become a full-time actress to keep working with Shinobu's dream but that'll just end up being a rinse/repeat ntr bait cycle imo. Also means Sakura will probably disappear from the story which is sad in its own way regardless of how fans feels about her in the end because Sakura is the og as much as Shinobu was.

They copy pasted some of their comments over from KA so it's low effort, no point calling out the artist, they're just there to draw. I wonder if this mean the finale is actually going to get dragged out for a month and we're getting another 2 week break between 135 and 136. If the page count isn't significant it's going to be rough.

About "Grapara!" i agree with that i wanted Sakura and Fuckboi suffering some consequences of their acts but the maximum punishment the fuckboi will recieve is the break up with Sakura and Sakura will receive a very cheap redemption.

Thanks for the quick summary! Also yes, fucboi suffering a breakup is nowhere near enough and way too cheap, even more than whatever Sakura's will end up looking like. I also wanted blonde to get some comeuppance, she was annoying af and equally responsible for the manipulation of events and assisting fucboi.

Oof 2 chapters in 1 month is going to be rough, hope they make each chapter count in that case and artist's tweet makes a little bit more sense since GraPara is being dragged out with the wait time between chapters.

Airi is not smart to do that and i don't think she wants to do a second season of a manga that recieved a imense amount of hate in the end.

Well it was funny seeing artist themselves do a rare tweet that isn't a repost of KA's stuff. Inner cope makes me want to think this means artist took over for the ending but since they're KA fan it's unlikely unless Kodansha really strongarmed them over the GraPara situation.
