Danger signs aren't really there, Fumi's problem can be an easy fix, and even Sakura taking the offer can be a good thing to move the story forward. This does mean Sakura becomes further "fallen" in fucboi's own words but if nothing else Sakura's finally not just going with the flow of things anymore and can make her own dumb girl decisions for us to see how things pan out.
I think the problem is that is Airi Katsuri writing the story so can create a even more messed scenario.
