I think the honorific change up and wardrobe difference might be the only things I'm confident about, and these details could end up not mattering in the end oomf.

Thanks again for the breakdown. I didn't give much thought to how much of a difference the day Sakura tells fucboi about the offer matters but it does feel like she held off on it for a bit, and ultimately she ended up taking Mio's advice over his so get rekt fucboi.

I did check the raws to make sure it was only the dex TL that didn't include it, the reddit one kept it in. Personally I consider myself an inexperienced reader so I don't know how much weight we should put into this given that it's Airi writing, but it did stand out as an odd detail even if the conversation they were having wasn't the most pleasant topic.

Perhaps there's the chance was used here as an indicator of Sakura's dropping mood (by this point she was already getting a bit annoyed) rather than what she would usually call him but would need an expert on this, and we'll find out soon enough anyway.

I will accept this idea! Well I've kind of been riding with this anyway but it's been harder recently to say they're not dating with ch.135. In the end, if it's revealed they were dating, chalk it up to Airi bad writing and hentai logic, and those who were right can fist pump if they feel like it by then.

It is is extremely unlikely to get a GraPara2! announcement, but I will follow if it happens even if it's Airi-sensei sticking around...
