Shinobu gets back together with Sakura already because people on the set must have been aware that their director and the lead actress were in a relationship.

Otherwise, the director couldn't hold the actress's hand during filming to draw out her emotion. That’s not how professionals do things!

If they were to do so without disclosing their relationship, it would spark criticism among the team and negatively impact their work.

In conclusion, if the relationship wasn't known prior to filming, it had to be revealed right after the hand-holding moment during the shoot.

So, we can imply that Shinobu and Sakura resumed their romantic relationship after Sakura met Fumi and the others, at least everyone in the sex scene production, were or will be aware of it.

IMHO, Keishi Nishikida sensei took over chapter 134-136 to end Grapara because it seemed to me chapter 134 didn't connect to the former chapters seamlessly. Airi Katsura (sensei)'s last chapter in charge was 133.

KN-sensei incorporates nuances into the dialogue, something AK-sensei never does.

For instance, in chapter 135, the final sentence the blonde said to cucboy is an "if clause", but the English translation rendered it as a simple sentence. The "if clause" was the blonde’s suggestion that if he couldn't go in the same direction... (he should give up on Sakura).

Or, in chapter 134, @diphuc1 noticed that Sakura has downgraded from calling cucboy as "Yuma-kun" (in chapter 127 and before) to "Yuma-san" (MangaDex used only "Yuma" that misrepresents that "kun" was dropped out of anger, but in reality Sakura still shew respect by addressing him as "Yuma-san.") in order to show us that the gap of Sakura and cucboy's relationship was increased.

The same applies to the scene involving the hand-holding during filming or the close-up shot of the necklace Shinobu gave her.

Hopefully Kodansha will change chapter 129 to cancel the Sakura's penetration in volume 14 for the sake of everyone.

Take care of yourself buddy, thanks always for amount of effort you putting up all this information. I didn't pick up on the part of the hand-holding being weird and assumed they were reuniting for the first time on-set, but it's possible they've met since the Fumi talk. Would've been way better to show it but oh wells.
