I've mentioned it a couple times before but this really is the Illicit Love of manga, little makes sense, the author is 100% willing to tank the characters in the story for the sake of blondie in IL/Sakura in Grapara and worst of all the author couldn't help themselves at the end when it came to the indulges, even at the cost of the story. Is Illicit love the worst manhwa ever? No, you can certainly find worse if you try, but it's bottom barrel, makes you question how seriously the writer is taking things. They both even drew discussion like crazy lol but more in the sense of how a guy about to jump off a building will draw a crowd.
I heard that Illicit love was originally going to end with the ntr guy going to ruin more relationship's the three main female characters were going to have a mental break down because they realized that they love the mc only to found out that the mc killed himself and the mc was not the father of their kids, then the Publisher's forced the author to completely change the plot

I was a bit bored these days so i decided to sort my library a bit and update some manga with ratings that were completed recently. While doing that i had a dumb idea... "Why not sort out the worst endings and rank them?"

This is what i got:
1. Grapara
2. Oshi no Ko
3. Someone's Girlfriend
4. Six People on Crosses
5. Inside the Dregs
6. Even So, I Still Want to be Your Boyfriend Tomorrow
7. Super Ball Girls
8. The World that Becomes Wet at My Touch

There is probably a few older ones i didn't even bother to add on mangadex, that i can't remember (which is a good thing lol). All of these have really garbage endings, but as expected, Grapara for me is by far the worst...

I did add a link to all of them, but i wouldn't recommend reading any of these unless you want to ruin your day/week lol
I read the last one quickly and what a shitty ending, you're right to put it there, I would add Tokyo Revengers, for me it has one of the worst endings I've seen.

Wow, I'm not surprised you included "Super Ball Girl" LOL

I actually stopped reading this series because the author changed the FMC in a too bizarre way! LOL

Starting from killing the MC and then resurrected him by sacrificing the life of FMC. But made it even worse by changing the MC's gender to female then let him get sexual harassment by other male characters including the MC's close friend! LOL

Then, promoting a supporting character to be the new FMC to have a lesbian relationship with the MC (in female body)! OMG

So, I just couldn't take it anymore. It's too bizarre. LOL
So it was bad because it lacked build up.The girl who won was the least developed one and didn't have much improvment in the end,i understand the concept of MC loving her but even there backstory lacked something really romantic. But don't totally hate it,because i like all the girls here.(I was team Himari:qq:)
Sorry, I disagree because from what I read, the childhood friend is the most developed one. LOL

The childhood friend is very very shy at the beginning but she's improved herself so much to have a courage to confess to the MC in the end.

She's changed from a coward to be a girl who dare to fight hard for love. Saying she was the least developed feel like there were more than one version of Hima-Ten. LOL

She's improved a lot thru out the story especially "courage" such as training hard to perform as an idol in the school festival to please the MC even though the MC and herself know she's a very terrible singer!

Also she's done so much for the MC since middle school such as when he missed the school trip etc.

She is just an ordinary girl, neither wealthy nor famous as Himari, lacking a stunning figure as Kanna.

She's no any of the advantages the other two girls possess. But she tries her best and so hard that the former-idol teacher can't help but offer guidance.

She fights on, despite having nothing to match the other two (and without even realizing the MC secretly likes her), choosing to persevere even though she might face disappointment.

Among the three girls, she is the most pitiable because she is clearly at a disadvantage compared to the other two. She’s just a cute but ordinary girl.

I’ve read comments on MangaPlus and saw more people rooting for her than the others. Himari seems to be the least popular choice there. Perhaps because people assumed the FMC was already locked in the title "Hima-Ten", so they end up rooting for someone else instead.

I think many readers sympathized with the childhood friend (still can't remember her name, sorry) and voted for her to end up with the MC. So, the author made it happen. LOL
You might want to fix this...

Here is a recommendation what to add, My First Sex Friend. It's a pure rom-com but with erotic content and top tier art
Thank you. Agree that Hajimete no Sefure (My First Sex Friend) is a truly good erotic rom-com manga though it carries a sadness as it reflects a side of Japanese society where people struggle just to survive.

Because both the FMC and MC sacrificed their teenager love life, jumping straight into sex-based work as the FMC was a former AV actress while the MC was a former host who slept with customers. So, both are skillful in having sex but have zero experience in normal romantic relationship.

Simply put, they both sold their virginity and innocence for money during their youth and never experienced actual romance (had no boyfriend or girlfriend).

Now they both retired from the sex-based work and tried to use a dating app for the first time to find a normal relationship. However, their relationship turns into friends with benefits instead because sex is the only form of relationship they know. LOL

Deep down, they both liked each other but they just didn't know what normal couples actually do together aside from sex. LOL

It’s a mix of humor and sadness, but it’s also fun to root for them to finally confess their feelings for each other.

Agree with @Cross-21- that this manga is a good one to spend your time with and have fun.
Remember the Quintuplets? That was way worse than Hima-ten! Yotsuba was the one that had the least chance to win, her development was the worst from what i remember.
Luckily, I've never read it. Thank you for your warnings. LOL

I don't know it gave a feeling of a forced ending for me,i told more about her relationship with Iemori than her own improvment,i think he had way more development with Himari than her.The author made a big build up with them and Honoka wasn't too much in the spotlight.i think for me it needed more chapters to make this a better ending.Even most of Iemori's development was made by the help of Himari.

And i still think it lacked a little bit of build up,more moments to make this a solid couple.I saw some rumors that Honoka was the most popular one in Japan because she had the "Japnese type".

For me Himari had much more special moments with Iemori than he had with Honoka. And i think the author.

And even the last chapters before that,he made Iemori question himself what feeling he had for her and them the author literally made Himari give up herself because if she confessed probably she had a high chance winning. So for me it was kinda forced and lack a little bit of development.

But i didn't hate Honoka so i'm ok with that but if they added 10 or 15 chapters to end to develop her and Iemori i would have nothing to complain.

And i also saw so many people hating that on X and reedit. And after somedays they had a hate thing on mangaplus too.In reedit it was almost unanimous hate on the manga,on X and mangaplus had a little less.

I think everyone feel the same about Hima-Ten's rush ending and they're not satisfied with that. Another 10-15 chapters before ending would be better.

So, her name is Honoka and the MC named Iemori. Thank you. Sorry for forgetting both names because they're not outstanding characters (for me). LOL

I think if they made way more chapters with her and Iemori,i would gladly accept the ending because i liked all the 3 girls. The problem she is the least developed with Iemori, and it felt way too forced.

And she wasn't even childhood friends because they meet in the ending of middle school. And i didn't even fell the romantic moments with them. For me by far the one who had the most romantic moments was Himari and their dynamic was the best one in the manga.I think he tried to do a suprise factory writing but i failed in execution.

For me one example of a childhood friend that made sense was Yotsuba(many people will hate me for that) because she was the one that supported Fuutaro since day 1 and she was willing to sacrifise her love ther the sister's and Fuutaro hapiness. And unlike Honoka she was Fuutaro's first love when they meet each other as kids.

The last one still has hope for a better ending, the last vol was not yet released so a decent epilogue can easily fix it... I expect it actually. But as it is now, it deserves to be on my list.

As for TR, that's one of the older ones i mentioned that i don't even have in my library. I used to read manga on a different site before switching to mangadex. But i don't know if i would put it on my list... The whole story kinda became boring and dumb to me half way so i didn't even register the ending as good nor bad. It was more like "Oh, it's over... Well, time to move on" lol

I guess it fits, what's missing is the lack of a "normal" interaction between Shinobu and Sakura. It's safe to say they've likely met off screen prior to showing up on set but given the huge time skip, off screening their reunion is a choice....unless they really haven't met before Sakura showed up on the day of the shoot there at the end, I don't know how these things go but I imagine Sakura and her current manager would've met with Shinobu and his team at some point before.
That's what the story needs is a solid sense of closure. Something concrete that tells us where the two are in relation to one another. As well as where our side characters are except of course fuckboi unless it's him in the gutter.

Is this from the raw chapters? I don't remember seeing anything like that in the TLed ones...

I heard that the reason the author of Illicit love tryed to make the guy that ruins relationship's by drugging and rapeing women into the guy to root for is because she made the pornwha to get back at the man that broke up with her, she based the mc off of her ex and the mc wife that got drugged and raped by the ntr guy is based on her ex new love she even went as far as to based their looks on their real life self's and used their real name thats how much the author hated the two and I also heard that the author got into trouble and lost her job and that the work is most likely owned by a different person now
