"Registration for the tournament involves a lot of work, on top of the usual workload. We should give it all to one person so that the rest can keep up with the usual work."
"But sir, tournament registration is more than the usual work, and the usual work actually dries up during the same period. Shouldn't we devote more people to it?"
"And alter significantly the usual routine? NEVER! Ok, let's see which person will get this special job... Mm, what about this worker who basically kept the guild afloat during the last crisis? They have the talent for it."
"But sir, wouldn't giving her extra work discourage this and other workers from taking up more work than necessary? Because their reward will be even more work?"
"Everyone should be ready to shoulder whatever effort is needed and adapt to any circumstances for this company. Except us managers, of course; changing our minds and rethinking the way we do things is too big of a sacrifice."
