On side note, there are quite few villains that enamored with heroes, but are there heroes that made their life choice out of adoration towards villains?

I kinda doubt it. Unless they were obsessed with a villain who only cared about fighting heroes. They might become a hero in order to get their attention. But they aren't really a hero, they are just acting like one.
Or maybe they become a hero in order to capture a specific villain they are enamored with?
Basically, the issue is that if they are doing things specifically because of their interest in a villain, then their motivations for becoming a hero aren't heroic motivations. Which means they aren't "real" heroes.

Whereas a villain's motivations can be pretty much anything.
