Ok, so Azul is still broken. Good to know. I'm going to treat her recent attempts at self-improvement as a desire to please her mistress rather than a genuine interest in overcoming her weaknesses. I'm just waiting for her to choose ropes or chains or handcuffs or something similar as her weapon.

@Reimans: All I could think of by the end of this chapter was a quote from a novel I've read where the heroes face someone with exactly this same power. "And with all of us shining light from all directions around you, even you don't have a shadow here!"
